Terrianne began painting in 1981. She chose to relinquish
the ownership of her hairdressing business to become a full
time artist in1987. A number of successful early exhibitions
confirmed the choice to become a professional painter.
For the past seven years, Terrianne has been predominantly
painting commissioned artworks for one of Melbourne’s
leading interior designers. These commissioned paintings
have been a significant part of the challenging aspects of
Terrianne’s’ recent work. The real passion in
the work she produces for herself is with portraiture, figures
and life drawing. She paints and draws using charcoal, acrylic,
pastel and oil.
Having painted with a degree of realism she is looking to
merge these skills by looking inwards to incorporate conscious
